Turkish Steel Pipe Manufacturers Association is a non-profit organization which was founded in 1996 in order to develop Turkish steel pipe industry, contribute to manufacturing of goods that national industry needs and strengthening members’ competitiveness in international markets. The Association now has 19 eminent members that account for 95 % of Turkey’s total steel pipe production.Members’ annual production capacities vary between 100.000 and 1.000.000 metric tons. All members manufacture steel pipes in accordance with international standards including ISO, EN and TSE.The association contributes to creation of Turkey’s steel pipe profile by collecting and publishing data related to the steel pipe industry. Furthermore, the association has provided a platform for discussion of sectoral matters by bringing together the members regularly and forming committees for certain issues.Turkish steel pipe manufacturers association has been participating to the national and international fairs, meetings and other events either as exhibitor and visitor in order to promote and represent its member companies. Association of Turkish Coaster Owners and Operators (KOSDER) was established on January 21, 2014 in order to create a solidarity platform among the shipowners and operators of all types of Turkish-owned vessels, called coasters, which are used for various purposes, engaged in close sea transportation in national and international waters, and to contribute to the development of the Turkish coaster fleet. Since the day it became operational, our Association has received great favor from Turkish seafarers with its solution-oriented approach to the problems of both its member shipowners and operators and the general problems of the sector. With this favor, KOSDER has reached 140 members and approximately 550 vessels and has taken its place among the few maritime NGOs representing the coaster tonnage in the world.

Turkish Iron and Steel Producers Association was established in 1970 with the goal of: promoting Turkish Iron and Steel Industry to the level of the ones in the developed countries; developing a structure which can keep up with the global developments of all aspects; compiling and disseminating the statistical information concerning the Iron and Steel Industry in Turkey and the world; discussing the problems that our members face; proposing solutions and applying all lawful means to solve those problems. It has been continuing its activities in parallel with the goals of establishment since 1970. Our association with 25 member companies represented the 98 % of Turkey’s total the crude steel production in 2011. The activities of Turkish Iron and Steel Producers Association is not limited to inside the borders of Turkey, it also actively represents Turkish iron and steel industry at international level through European Steel Association (EUROFER), Worldsteel Association (worldsteel) and OECD.

Steel Exporters' Association is one of six associations which has been operating under the body of General Secretariat of Istanbul Mineral and Metals Exporters' Association (IMMIB). The Association is a non-profit business organization of more than 2,000 companies representing the largest steel producers and exporters in the Turkish steel industry. It carries on its operations with the aim of increasing the export potential of the Turkish steel industry and paves the way for Turkish steel producers/exporters, with main objective to foster and attain sustainable global steel market based on free and fair trade. The Association also solves the problems of its member companies face at home and abroad, provides contact between members and foreign importers in order to ease the export processes, serves up-to-date domestic and global market news, reports and analyses.
