Cancellation Policy:
Registrations can only be confirmed upon receipt of payment or proof of payment and discounted fees will only apply when payment is received within the offer period. If payment is not received before the conference, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment at registration with a personal card. If you are not able to attend, substitution is accepted at all times. Conference registrations cancelled in writing (fax or email) up to and including February 14, 2020 are entitled to a refund with a 15% administrative charge. Cancellations made after February 14, 2020 are non-refundable.
