Participation Fee

 Cancellation Policy:

• In order for your registration to be confirmed in the “on-site + online participation” option, your payment must be received. If a registered participant cannot attend the conference for any reason; another participant from the same company may take his place.
• Conference registration cannot be canceled except for force majeure, and no refund is possible for cancellation requests other than force majeure. Force majeure conditions may vary in line with the decisions taken by local governments.
• Your conference participation fee will be canceled as long as valid reasons concerning yourself or your closest relatives' valid (illness, accident, death, etc.) are documented with an official report.
• Participants who have paid but did not attend the conference will not be refunded.
• If the conference is cancelled or relocated for any reason beyond SteelOrbis' control, SteelOrbis cannot be held responsible for any additional costs that may arise from this situation.
