"New Horizons in Steel Markets" 16th Annual Conference venue access requirements and Covid-19 precautions:

Venue access requirements:

In order to access the conference venue in accordance with the COVID-19 measures, participants must have a Digital Green Certificate or meet at least one of the following prerequisites below.

- Certificate of vaccination: Have a full-dose Covid-19 Vaccine certificate issued at least 14 days before the conference date. 

- Immunity: Participants who have had a "POSITIVE" Covid-19 PCR test result issued no more than 6 months ago (180 days) or those who have a "Convalescence certificate" issued within the last 6 months are considered to have had COVID-19. The attendee must have completed quarantine and must have risk-free status. 

- Immunity + Vaccine: A Covid-19 vaccination certificate issued at least 14 days before the conference showing a single dose of vaccine has been received and that the attendee had COVID-19, regardless of when, is required.

- Negative PCR test: A Negative PCR test done in the last 24 hours is required for attendees who do not meet any of the VACCINE or IMMUNITY conditions stated above. 

 
* The COVID-19 Green Certification verification process involves the use of the VerificationC19 app, installed on a mobile device. This application allows you to verify the authenticity and validity of the certifications without the need for an internet connection (offline) and without storing personal information on the verifier’s device.
 
Covid-19 precautions:

• Upon arrival, your temperature will be checked. If you have a fever 38ºC or above will not be allowed to enter the conference venue.
• Istanbul Marriott Hotel Asia uses “Hepa Filter” in all its interiors and has the “Safe Tourism Certificate”. Click for detailed information.
• It is mandatory for all participants to wear masks in the conference areas.
• Please pay attention to social distance (1.5 meters or 3 steps) and hand hygiene during your visit. Disinfectant will be available in the conference entrance area and in all activity areas.
• According to the Hygiene rules published by the Provincial Health Directorate, spaces will be left between the seats in all directions. For this reason, the number of participants that we can accept to our conference at the same time has been limited due to Covid-19 measures during this period.
