Notice for our participants from Turkish companies:

*20% VAT should be added to the registration fees above for the payments by Turkish companies.
*Payments of Turkish companies must be made in Turkish Lira (TL) using the foreign exchange buying rate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey.

 Cancellation Policy:
 *In order for your registration to be confirmed, your payment must be received.  

  • If a registered participant cannot attend the conference for any reason; another participant from the same company may take his/her place.
  • Conference registrations cannot be cancelled except for force majeure, and no refund is possible for cancellation requests other than force majeure. Force majeure conditions may vary in line with the decisions taken by local governments.
  • Participants who have paid but did not attend the conference except the situations stated above, will not be refunded.
  • Conference registrations cannot be cancelled due to participants’ travel-related problems, such as visas, passports, etc., which are not linked to SteelOrbis, and thus will not be refunded
  • If the conference is cancelled or relocated for any reason beyond SteelOrbis' control, SteelOrbis cannot be held responsible for any additional costs that may arise from this situation.
