Sofitel Munich Bayerpost is a historic building located just 100 metres from Munich Main Station. The Sofitel is a 10-minute walk from the Karlsplatz/Stachus pedestrian shopping/cultural/gastronomic area and the Theresienwiese, the location of Munich’s Oktoberfest Beer Festival. Marienplatz Town Hall Square is just a 20-minute walk away, or 2 train stops from Hauptbahnhof (Main Station).

*Since the discounted room rates at the conference hotel are no longer available as the quota of rooms allocated to conference participants has been fully booked, Plenus Tourism Agency will assist participants in finding accommodation at the conference hotel, subject to availability.

Le Meridien Munich is ideally located right across from the main entrance of Sofitel Munich Bayerpost, offering convenient access between the two hotels.

*Please note that a minimum stay of two nights for the dates 28 and 29 September is required at Le Meridien Munich.
